What can I do if I have trouble making a reservation?

If you contact us and provide all necessary information for the reservation, we can make a reservation for you and send your ticket to your e-mail address.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Your reservation will be confirmed within 12 hours and the Order Confirmation Mail will be sent to you. Please make sure that your order is confirmed.

How can I find your representative/driver at the airport?

Our representative/driver will be waiting for you, holding a board with your name on it.

Are your prices per person or per vehicle?

All transfer prices we promote on our website are “Per Vehicle” and “One Way“.

What are your hours of operation?

We operate 24/7, all year round.

Are your transfers private or shared?

All our transfers are “PRIVATE” to your party.

What type of vehicles do you use?

We use minivans (Mercedes Vito or Viano), minibuses (Mercedes or Volkswagen), and buses as per request. Our vehicles have A/C and fully equipped for the all seasons. All our vehicles have necessary legal documents.

What if my flight is cancelled?

Should your arrival flight is cancelled, please contact our emergency number which you can find on your booking confirmation. By advising him / her of the flight cancellation and any new details of your arrival, he / she will be able to reschedule your transfer. Please note that, extra cost may apply in case of an airport change.

What happens if my holiday details change prior to departure?

Should your holiday details change prior to departure, please inform us via e-mail. You will be responsible for any increase in the transfer price if the new accommodation is further away from the airport.

What happens if I my arrival flight is delayed?

We track your flight on the internet, so we are aware if you will be arriving late. Whether you are 1 hour late or 8 hours even more hours late, we will have a driver for you at the airport.

Is there any additional charge if my flight is delayed?

No, we do not charge for the waiting time.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking at any time, please inform us via e-mail at least 24 hours prior to your arrival and departure date. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time you notify us. Please see our “Booking Terms and Conditions” for further details.

What is the luggage allowance?

Our prices include one bag or suitcase per passenger seat (based on a maximum combined size of 158cm, length + width + height) per item. All luggage must be declared when the booking is being made. Smaller items that fit in the passenger footwell (e.g. a laptop case, handbag or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess luggage.

What happens if I have a huge or extra large luggage?

If you are carrying extra large luggage please let us know in advance as we may send a larger vehicle. There may be an extra cost for a larger vehicle.

I have a special request (i.e. child seat)

If you have special requests, please inform us on the additional information field of the booking form at the time of booking. We will do our best to honor your requests.

How long does the transfer take?

Approximate transfer times are given with our price list. On peak days and when the road conditions are poor, these times can vary.

Is the transfer direct or do we stop en-route?

Unless otherwise stated, all of our transfers are normally direct and door-to-door.

Can we stop off at a the supermarket or pick up property keys en-route?

Yes, of course, please inform us on the additional information field at the time of booking.

What is the pick-up time of my departure transfer to Istanbul Airport(s)?

We give a pick up time of 3 hours prior to your departure time for international flights, 2 hours for domestic flights. We accept no responsibility for missed flight due to clients not booking the transfer with enough time to spare.

Our party is staying at different accommodations, do you charge extra for additional drop-off locations?

If the both of accommodations are in the same neighborhood, generally, there will be no extra charge. If you will be going to 2 accommodations which are very far from each other or in different resorts then we may charge extra. You will be informed of the exact price before your purchase.

Do I need to tip the driver?

The price paid does not include a tip. If you feel your driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is normal.
